Please note that all banquet hall reservations require a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice. This policy ensures that we can accommodate your event with the utmost care and attention to detail. Exceptions may be made for Celebrations of Life.
3 hour minimum rental is required. Rental includes one hour of setup time and one hour of breakdown time. Deposits are applied towards your final balance. Credit Cards must be on file for any damages. Pricing and holiday rates are subject to change.
Rental rates include use of venue space plus table and chair set up. FPC Staff is not responsible for any set up, execution of events, food service or breakdown beyond tables and chairs.

Bar Packages
Consumption Bar: Self-serve beer, champagne and wine, replenished as needed. Host pays for what is opened. Bottles of wine and champagne – $24 per bottle. Beer – $4.00-$6.00 per bottle or can.
Master Tab: Full open bar available only for large events. Rental Host pays tab at end of event ($600 minimum). Credit card on file required.
Champagne Toast or full bottles of Wine on each dinner table: $24.00 each + tax
- FPC will provide disposable drinkware for bar events. Glassware is the responsibility of the Rental Host. Bar during daytime events must be set up in the banquet room if facilities are open to the public.
- FPC is a NO TIPPING VENUE and signs will be displayed. NO tip jars will be out.
- Bar service must end at least 30 minutes prior to the end of your contract end time.
