The Mt. Prospect Park District boasts a choice of fitness centers for its residents. The Mt. Prospect Fitness – Central Community Center location offers a 3,500 square foot fitness center with cardio equipment from manufacturers such as Precor™ and LifeFitness™ and strength-training stations. Free weights are also available. Just as at our RecPlex Fitness Center, Personal Trainers are available at CCC to our members and non-members.
