Free Senior Ballet Trial Class

Variations ballet classes will offer seniors a chance to experience the joy, gracefulness and beauty of ballet-based movement at their own pace and in a way that feels comfortable for them! The class includes gentle movement to classical music that will help seniors improve their sense of balance, mobility and memory while also making new community connections.
